The challenge
The client needed its equipment as Revit families that designers can place in a model and trust. The range is wide, and many products come in several sizes. Modelling every size as a separate static object would mean a large library that is slow to build and hard to keep consistent.
Our solution
We built the families as parametric. Length, depth and shelf thickness are parameters that drive the geometry, so a size change is a value change, not a new model.
