WHAT IS CONCRETE BUREAU?
Concrete Bureau is a VDC and BIM team in Lviv, Ukraine, working on European time. Three engineers started it in 2021 (Vitalii Terpiak, Maksym Reva and Vadym Hryhus) after watching the same thing happen on site over and over: work stops, someone re-measures, and the drawings turn out not to match the building.
That is the problem we exist to remove. We model what is actually there, find the clashes before a crew does, and hand back something a design or construction team can build from. Today that is 12 specialists, plus a pool of 5 we bring in for large jobs: 128 projects delivered last year alone, across Europe, the US and Australia, in commercial, residential and industrial work.
We work to LOD 200 through fabrication-ready LOD 400, to tolerances as tight as 10 mm on complex Scan to BIM nodes, and inside your Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 environment so nothing has to be emailed around.
