- How fast will you reply?
- Within 24 hours on working days. If you send data with your message (a point cloud, drawings), the reply includes a fixed quote and a delivery date, not a request for a call first.
- Who reads my message?
- One of the founders. Concrete Bureau was started by three engineers, and enquiries go to them rather than to a sales layer, so you discuss scope with someone who has built these models.
- What should I include?
- What the model is for, the deadline you are working to, and any data you already have. Not sure about LOD or tolerances? Say what the model will be used for and we will propose them.
- Can I send files right away?
- Yes, and it is the fastest route to a concrete answer. Share a link via WeTransfer, Google Drive or any file service. We review the data and come back with a price, a date and a note on anything in it that will cause trouble later. If the data is not fit for the scope you are asking about, we say so instead of quoting around it.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. Send yours with your message and we sign it before you share any data.
