What the estimate is based on

The calculator runs on the same arithmetic we use to quote real projects: hours multiplied by an hourly rate. For area-based services (Scan to BIM, 2D to BIM, design development) the hours come from our delivery records: how long a hundred square metres actually takes at each level of detail. Coordination and clash detection count in hours per month for your project size. Revit families and consulting are priced per family and per month, so they show an exact figure instead of a range.

A range is honest uncertainty, not a negotiating position. Real buildings differ, so we show 15% either side of the point our numbers give. Once we see your actual data, the point cloud or the drawings, the range collapses to a fixed quote with a delivery date, and that takes us up to 24 hours on working days. Common questions

How accurate is the estimate?
The midpoint is what our hour norms predict for your inputs; the range is 15% either side. The exact price depends on the state of your data and the geometry of the building.
Why do some services show a range and others an exact price?
Area-based work depends on geometry we have not seen yet, so it gets a range. Revit families are priced per family and consulting per monthly package, so those show the exact figure.
What does "Individual" mean?
Masterplan-scale detail does not fit per-square-metre norms. Projects like that are scoped and priced one at a time; send the brief through the form and we will come back with a number.
Is the estimate binding?
No, it is the starting point for the budget conversation. The binding quote comes from the team within 24 hours on working days after you send the request.
