WAS IST CONCRETE BUREAU?
Concrete Bureau ist ein VDC- und BIM-Team in Lwiw, Ukraine, das zu Ihren Arbeitszeiten arbeitet. Drei Ingenieure haben es 2021 gegründet (Vitalii Terpiak, Maksym Reva und Vadym Hryhus), nachdem sie auf der Baustelle immer wieder dasselbe gesehen hatten: Die Arbeit stockt, jemand misst nach, und die Pläne passen nicht zum Gebäude.
Genau dieses Problem räumen wir aus dem Weg. Wir modellieren den tatsächlichen Bestand, finden die Kollisionen, bevor die Kolonne sie findet, und liefern etwas, womit ein Planungs- oder Bauteam arbeiten kann. Heute sind das 12 Spezialisten plus ein Pool von 5, die wir für große Projekte dazuholen: 128 Projekte allein im letzten Jahr, in Europa, den USA und Australien, im Gewerbe-, Wohn- und Industriebau. Projektsprache ist Englisch.
Wir arbeiten von LOD 200 bis zum fertigungsreifen LOD 400, mit Toleranzen bis 10 mm an komplexen Scan-to-BIM-Knoten, und direkt in Ihrer Autodesk Construction Cloud oder BIM 360, damit nichts per E-Mail hin und her muss.
